Where are we located? How to get there?

Where are we located?  

We are in Los Montones, town of San Jose de las Matas.  
About 50 kilometers from the city of Santiago de los Caballeros. At the heart of the Dominican Republic. On the highest mountains in the Caribbean. A short distance from the Armando Bermudez National Park, one of the entrances to Pico Duarte (the highest peak in all the Caribbean islands, 3,098 m or 10,164 ft).

   Directions to The Cottage? 

From Santo Domingo to Santiago de los Caballeros, some 153 km, you can travel by bus, by Metro and Caribe Tours companies. This trip can take about 2 hours. 

  

 

From Santiago de los Caballeros to Los Montones Cotagge are about 45 km and can travel by bus too. Take bus Express "Santiago - La Laguna" near the Puente Hermanos Patiño, in Valerio Street. This trip can take about an hour.
